Dear Happy M5 Hosting Customer,

We have applied some patches our Shared Hosting platform.
The patches require a the system to be rebooted to take effect. The
system has been up for over 167 days. Typically a reboot takes no
more than 5 minutes. But this evening we will take this opportunity
to remove the shared hosting platform from the rack and perform a
quick hardware inspection. This will be to make sure that all the
fans are spinning, everything is well seated, etc. and replace any
failing fans, or make any other needed fixes to make sure it's ready
for another several months of reliable, uninterrupted performance.
Support tickets submitted during this brief maintenance
period may be delayed.

Who: Shared hosting customers, and email hosting
customers. Submitters of new support tickets during this maintenance.
What: Reboot and physical inspection of shared hosting platform.
When: Maintenance to begin Saturday Dec. 2, 2006 after
8:45pm PST (Sunday Dec. 3, 2006 after 4:45am UTC/GMT/ZULU)
Duration: 10 to 20 minutes

If you have any questions or comments relating to this
maintenance or this email, please feel free to send us an email. We
want to hear from you.

Thanks,
Mike
